Derpibooru supposed to have it so you only need to put in the image link in the upload bar and the provide the link to the image in the source automatically. I’m thinking people assume that the image has the proper link and doesn’t bother to check.

Why do people insist on using direct image links rather than linking to the actual page? Linking to the page would be far more useful for the artist because then you can get their gallery pretty easily.
