The text in the pic was kind of paraphrased from the show. “…and that’s how equestria was made” -> “…and that’s how Rainbow Dash became a lesbian”.
 
So I paraphrased “You better think before you laugh at the Pink…ie Pie!” -> “No one can resist the Pink…ie Pie!” So there’s that.
 
Plus in this context, stopping after just saying pink (pink being a euphemism for vagina) would imply she (and no one else) can resist the temptation of a mare…but then trying to mask that saying (and completing the paraphrase) …ie Pie. That would then imply Pinkie is extra alluring and one can’t resist her.
