Well if it helps any, she gets up and runs off to talk to some of the other ponies a few moments later, though not after having a silly ‘ouch i’m hurt’ looney tunes expression on her face while unconscious for a few moments.
I know, it just seems more “holy shit”-esque because of how normal it seems. I mean, Twilight getting dropped by those heavy items was cringe inducing with each blow, but it was a cartoony comedic thing.
This might still be comedic and cartoonish, but the way in which it happens just feels more, I dunno, real I guess. Like being crushed by a vending machine.
It’s slapstick comedy. Like Looney Tunes, or an average Twilight Sparkle episode. Poor Twilight.
