I think it’s the same pony Sunset as later, personally.
It’s probably just the proportions of the body that’s been messed with. Those thighs would probably end just above where they are now, whereas the torso would end a little bit below the gold band. You might want to elongate the body a bit to make it look less odd. Or move the legs up further, to make her shorter.

You’re right, even the girls with sandals have huge feet in the movie. I thought that was one point of design that was pretty weird when you looked right at it. Unfortunately, it may have scrambled my brain and now nothing looks correct.
