Fluttershy’s tears have dropped in monetary value due to high supply and even higher avoidance. Celestia’s tears have been known to grant wishes. Unfortunately, crocodile tears don’t count, and that is the only type she is known to secrete. We tried convincing her to kill her sister, but our agent said “She just smiled and said she had a better idea. Then I ended up getting baked in gamma radiation. Turns out the only superpower you can get is cancer.” We stopped listening after that sentence, due to his immediate combustion.

They are more or less interchangeable, but thine is the correct usage when it’s used as a predicate (in this case) or before a vowel (as in thine ears).  

Its like licking a toad. Luna’s gonna be tripping balls in a second.
