Hahahaha woooowww. Ok just so you know, I am a practicing Muslim and being a Muslim I can tell you that each of those points are either taken extremely out of context and twisted to fit the author’s islamophobic agenda or just plain incorrect.
Much like how extremists can twist verses in the Quran to justify their own radical agenda, islamophobic people can also twist the same verses to suit their islamophobic agenda.

Clearly you know nothing of the religion.
Go ahead and do a search yourself. Check for phrases like “kill polytheists” and such. It’s definitely there.

Most likely it’s because people don’t want to see Fluttershy, who is incredibly kind and understanding, being depicted as a member of a religion with such intolerance and hate at its foundation.
A religion in which apostasy is punished by death.
A religion which actually encourages fighting and killing in its holy books.
A religion which teaches its adherents to hate non-believers and even to kill them if they won’t bow to your religion.
That does not befit one as kind as Fluttershy.
Simply put, generally speaking they are normally of terrible quality in terms of faces, body shapes, or just about anything, and very few of the actually good looking ones end up being simply lazy recolors of other pictures.
Added to this is the normal sense of entitled defence against criticism that some artist get that, somehow, any and all criticism is racism, and you get a perfect combination of pictures ready to get downvoted to hell and back to drive a general point rather than an specific one.
There is more to it, but I don’t feel like writing.
For a variety of of reasons, you’ll find. For example, I personally despise the fact that it’s always Fluttershy portrayed this way, and I don’t think it takes much imagination to see why.
