Twi have one, but never show agresiveness toward the others, Pinkie in the other hand was clearly irritated, disapointed and even agressive during her break, that puts her in a place closest to any other of the mane6 to commit a violent action.  
I’m not implying that violent action = murder, but in a “what-if” scenario Pinkie get the N° 1, the other one who is closest to this is Fluttershy.

I think Pinkie Pie was more sad than crazy in that episode. Obviously she has some issues that should be adressed but just because she has them doesn’t mean that she’s capable of violently slaughtering her best friends.
 
I mean, in theory Twilight Sparkle can reverse gravity and drop everybody into the atmospere. In theory, Fluttershy can order somebody to jump off a cliff with her stare. In theory, Rainbow Dash can blow up Ponyville with her rain nuke.
 
Doesn’t mean it’s going to happen in canon any time soon.

but seriously I was referring more to her ability to break the 4th wall plus what Playah said, equals an unstoppable bomb to me. Making her “in theory” capable of doing what we saw now in Smile HD.

Bit more than that I think. Mostly the precedent set by Cupcakes, but compared to the rest of the Mane 6, it only takes a little interpretation to look at Pinkie as being the closest to a psychotic break.

Not that it’s true, just that it’s not exactly difficult for some to interpret it as such.
