You’re little story makes no sense. Throw fluffy out, offer reward for it’s return. That’s down right retarded.

Fluffy mare ran away from home when daddy wouldn’t let it have babies. Found a stallion. Had special huggies. Stallion left when mare stopped wanting special huggies because they are bad for babies. If she were found and taken back to her owner for a reward, she’d likely either end up on the street again when he kicks her and the foals out, or when she wants more babies after her foals are given away to people or to a shelter. Really, this dog is about to save some owner some money and a headache.

Someone is about to have a good day, although someone should get that dog to a shelter.

She tries nipping at me, but due to my size she stops nipping and becomes frightened  
Fluffy Mother: Pwease munsta, weave fwuffy awone! Take babbehs, jus’ nu huwt fwuffy!  
I decide to look down at the fluffy mare, her expression now terrified as she waits for a beating and I say  
Me: Hurt you? Why would I do that? It’s not in my nature to hurt something unless it deserves it and you don’t deserve my wrath. I ain’t gonna take your babies either.

The fluffy mother and her babies jump on me and hug me as pick them up and ready to take them home  
Me: So, who’s your owner, so I can give him a call?  
Fluffy Mother gets scared and says  
Fluffy Mother: Nuuuu! Nu caww dummeh munsta. Dummeh munsta was fowmew daddeh, but daddeh tuwned into dummeh munsta an’ huwted fwuffy an’ hew babbehs. Dummeh munsta thwew fwuffy an’ babbehs owt of home and now is seawhching fow fwuffy and babbehs  
Fluffy Mother and her babies started crying and I have an embarrassed look and I say  
Me: Ok, I won’t call dummeh munsta. So, what do you guys like to eat?  
Fluffies: Sketties! Fwuffy wuv sketties!  
One of the babies accidentally poops and pees all over my suit  
Fluffy Baby: Oopsie, fwuffy sowwy fow makin’ bad poopies and peepees on daddeh.

You don’t just have wild dogs roaming around cities at random. Make up your shit about fluffies, but not about dogs. That’s just sloppy.
