Well, I admit that I do indeed enjoy this picture… but only because of how cute Twi looks here being tickled. Not because of any particular fetish, specifically feet.  
I have a good bit of fetishes but feet aren’t among them. Not that there’s anything wrong with it or the people that are into it… after all, we all have our personal kinks and fetishes. Again, nothing at all wrong with that, just not my cup of tea is all.  
Still yes, I do like the picture. It’s very well done. Kudos to the artist.
