wrong, when the reiforcements arrive to Chrysalis’s room they were annoying her again, like the “i killed a wub cat in front of you” never happened.
Not quite true…they’re in danger during the Royal Canterlot Wedding as well, we just don’t really get to see them is all.
And if you notice, once the CMC realized the very real and prevalent threat to their well being in that arc…uh…they stopped being funny/annoying and were just flat out scared until reinforcements showed up.
I mean, that what the OP was likely trying to post about is probably in the existing images, no need to post the whole page to make one point.
Thing is, we’ve not had a canon (show) story that puts the CMC in danger alongside the Mane 6. The closest thing would be Stare Master, and yes, there they acted like loveable idiots too up until they actually witnessed danger to them. And then immediately regressed when the danger passed.
It works well in the comic because it drastically lightened up the CMC/Chrysalis parts, which were otherwise just expository until the Mane 6 arrived.
