NOTE: The scanner I put this through is a bit too small and autosaves it as a jpeg…so as soon as I can get to the other one, I’ll give it a proper scan and colour it!
But anyway, here you are, the 240P class 4-8-0 rebuilt from Paris-Orleans railway 4-6-2’s to the designs of Andre Chapelon. At 4,700 horsepower (The original 4-6-2 had only 2,000), they had the greatest power/weight ratio of any steam locomotive ever.
So I really wanted to draw a pony on a 240P, as in, “what if they owned their own locomotives?”, and figured that Rarity would be the most like to have this one.
Top picture shows the first series of 12, bottom shows the second series of 25 (Like the one I drew.).
