Here is the exact quote from the episode:
 
“Since you’ve come to Ponyville, you’ve displayed the charity, compassion, devotion, integrity, optimism, and of course the leadership of a true Princess”
 
Celestia never said Twilight now poses all the Elements.
 
Also my headcanon theory is something similar to what @twistedmetalero said but adding one more thing to it. In the movie Sunset Shimmer says “What happens when you bring a Element of Harmony to a alternate world?” my theory is that when a Element on it own enters into a alternate world were the Elements of Harmony ( as far as we know ) do not exist that Element recodes itself to pick up the slack from the other missing Elements ( of course when it travels back to Equestria it recodes itself back ).

It was in MMC. Celestia said Twilight has all six Elements now. It’s not my fault you were too busy looking at the pretty colors to hear what the characters were saying.

Your headcanon doesn’t mean shit when it’s canon that Twilight, as a result of becoming a pretty princess, somehow embodies all six Elements. She doesn’t need the other five anymore.

I was going to reply with my headcanon theory as to why the Element of Magic was able to work on its own without the other Elements, but then I realized you were ClownDicks one of the most butt-hurt members of the fandom there is and decided you were not even worth the time.

Still? As in, they were friends before? Those five are total strangers Twilight can use the Elements with anyway because becoming a Pretty Princess has made her the only one who matters.
