She kind of did with Rarity (fashionists), Rainbow (jocks), Fluttershy (Eco-kids (sounds much better than hyppie)), AJ (normal kids), Pinkie Pie (party gang). Sure there was the drama dudes but i think Rare´s part gang member with them so that counts too. XD

True. Twilight’s dress is a nightmare to draw, especially when I’m not sure how her hind legs are supposed to be displayed. I’m glad, however, that her crying face is getting the desired reactions.

I was glad that EQG touched on this idea, but then becoming a princess turned into a popularity contest. Given more time, I would have hoped Twilight would build bridges between the various school cliques like a real leader.

I’m pretty sure we get plenty, might I say cliché scenes, where Twilight doesn’t like her new princess role.
 
Not that I would mind this cliché.

If they at least did something like this in the show, I might like Twilight as an alicorn a little bit more. Instead, we get this “yes i’m perfect, everything is fine” garbage for Hasbro to sell their shit.
 
There there Twilight, no matter how much they change you and force you to become a cash cow, you’re still the studious little pony we love.
