Head Canon - Fan Theory Time!
As far as I am aware, neither Lyra nor Bon Bon appeared in the Human World of Equestria Girls. So, the theory is that neither of them live there anymore.
Basically, it goes like this. Lyra and Bon Bon were using the statue as a make-out point during one of the previous times the portal was open, and fell through. It closed after they came, and so they were forced to try and make a normal life for themselves. They moved to Ponyville, because of the Lyra that already lived in Canterlot.
While Bon Bon has done her best to fit in as a normal pony over the years, Lyra doesn’t adjust well. This is why we see her act ‘human-like’ a lot of times.
This is why Celestia /knows/ of a balance between the two worlds, as she has seen copies of her subjects come through it before,

With different colored eyes, different styles hair, and the golden emblem just being a circle I can’t buy that as Lyra. The only connections are that they have a gold symbol somewhere on their person and green hair.
well the doctor whooves was not my ideal image of him, and spike was definitely off the mark by a long shot. but yes. that is indeed lyra.
That’s supposed to be Lyra? Doesn’t look like her at all. Same roughly(even then not quite) hair color as the mane, but skin color was completely different. From what I can tell, if a pony was represented in the show, they are identical in both regards.
I tried looking at the necklace/mark, but I couldn’t get a good enough look to see if it was a lyre on the video.
I don’t have a true HD version to look at atm.
