The person who did the lines for this piece wrote an essay on it here To quote a paragraph;

I should also note that they are both gods (or at least god like) and Luna would probably have a natural fondness of nocturnal creatures.

They are quite related actually, in an astrological way that is. Cancer’s planet symbol is the Moon and Luna is yadahyadahyadah.
