The only people that had mediocre designs were Granny Smith and Luna. The former was more of a cameo thsn anything but the latter really reminded me of Jane Jetson…
 
Oh, and surprised that there were no accusations of racism since most of the characters were heavily lightened. Especially the ones with dark skin. That’s probably why they made so many new background characters: too many ponies have to have their coats lightened too much, which makes them unrecognizable.
