I think the people you are referring to is a direct response to Hollywood media. The subliminal messages projected by the mutilated organs and the “grown up” characters is a reference to a grown society with no creativity, therefore they do barbaric and animalistic things to each other because of their mindless instincts. Maybe I’m just over analyzing the video.
i always thought the first part of the video was about how people try to suppress the creativity of others (i.e. the clown was the only character doing creative things and yet everyone else kept dumping all over his ideas.) the last part, though, is a bit lost on me; i can only assume it’s about mescaline.
