It’s somewhere between “cute” and “uncanny valley,” for me. The artist is tremendously skilled, but big-eyed cartoony anatomy when rendered in almost photographic detail is a bit off-putting, at least for me.
 
…the artist is really, really good, though.

Compared to the other “uncanny valley” pics, this one is actually quite tame, and adorable, I feel. She’s no more overly-realistic then a SSB character model to me. (Remember how crazy detailed those are? You can see the stitches in Mario’s clothes, and such.)

Make them too realistic looking and they drop into the Uncanny Valley, for me.
 
Ten out of ten for technically proficient and beautifully rendered art, minus several million for the nightmares I will have tonight.
