Hoof size (Estimated): ~4*3 inches = 12 square inches
Minimum pressure needed for the concrete wall to crack like that: 12 * 474 = 5688 psi
That pressure you can encounter roughly 3800 meters below the sea level, or inside some high end industrial hydraulic machinery~
