Really? ….Really?

This says infection AU but uhhh…. She looks somewhat fine… Those 2 horns in her eye socket look like they hurt a ton though despite there not being any blood. I don’t know why there’s a nightmare fuel tag though, I’ve seen far worse stuff then this and they didn’t have a nightmare fuel tag.
