But you wouldn’t capture them in the first place.
Not a nice try. She’s not the fastest and can’t outfly everyone.
She was captured and happily paid for her crimes.

Her own neck would snap first, and even if not, once the noose constricts it’s not designed to easily loosened. She’d be dead within minutes if she tried that.

If anything, this could be crueler. Lightning dust must flap endlessly, trying to maintain the same height, unable to fly away or rest her wings, until finally exhaustion takes over, inevitably she drops, the noose tightens and she is strangled to death.
