Could have been a great way to reintroduce the changelings.

Ponies acting strangely during the wedding prep? Queen Haven seemingly out of character? Have the changelings turned evil again since Equestria’s collapse?

Nah, they’re just the wedding planners, and Queen Ocellus was borrowing Haven’s form to make sure the color coordination on the decorations was right.

Ocellus impersonating Queen Haven for that reason would be a hilarious twist.
