MLP CHART/HEADCANONS

Twilight Sparkle:

Twilight has always been a skinny unicorn, in her youth she would often forget to eat as she would be lost in a book or studying advanced magic. Twilight doesn’t really focus on taking care of herself; she does stay clean, but rarely spends large amounts of time grooming herself. As such she has pretty long fetlocks for a unicorn, her mane is pretty messy but clean, and her feathers tend to be a bit ruffled as she doesn’t really know how to preen that well. She managed to gain some weight and muscle due to gaining some earth pony strength. She is slightly taller than the average unicorn.

Rarity:

Rarity is a very prim and proper lady. She always keeps her fetlocks trimmed and her horn filed sharp. She makes frequent visits to the spa to be pampered and groomed. To keep her figure she works out every day and has a bit of muscle. She is unable to cast long or difficult spells and can do basic to medium difficult spells.

Fluttershy:

Is extremely tall for a Pegasus, she is lanky and a bit unaware of her size, and likes hiding the best she can under things, behind people, her hair and has on occasion shoved her head into the dirt like an ostrich. She is very clumsy and tends to trip over herself a lot. Her wings are long and broad made for long gliding flights. Like a seagull! She has sharp fangs from when she was a bat pony, and some nights can revert back to that form with some control. At night her eyes turn to slits. She only turns full bat when the harvest moon is out, or during apple season. She nearly reaches the height of Princess Luna

Rainbow Dash:

Short and feisty with a bit of a napoleon complex. Rainbow is very short and muscular, her wings are short and fast like a hummingbird wings. Her hair is shaved into a sick Mohawk. She has sharp fangs and slit eyes. She is also very fluffy. Do not comment on her shortness.
(i also loved the way dingobreath put the yellow markings on RD so i referenced her version of RD because I LOVE IT)

Applejack:

BEEFY AF. Applejack is built like truck and huge. She is much taller than the average pony or stallion. While she’s extremely powerful she can be clumsy and that can lead to her occasionally breaking things. She can be very gentle though, and does her best not to hurt anyone. She is also covered in some scars (I may have forgotten to draw them oops).

Pinkie Pie:

She is small and very very fluffy. She has ancestors who were Shetland ponies and that recessive gene is very prominent in her, she is very small and round and chubby, but she can move faster than rainbow dash if she wants. Her hair holds many secrets. Her grandmother was a Pegasus and she managed to inherit some feathering as well as pegasi colouring on her chest and hooves.

MINI HEADCANON: PEGASI

pegasi have colourful markings on they’re chest and legs, however they can be in other areas, these areas with the markings are usually brightly coloured feathers with an iridescent sheen and are very soft.
these feathers/markings are not extremely common but they can be heditrary, and other ponies that are not pegasi can have these as well (pinkie pie)
these markings in earlier equines served a mating purpose, all pegasi have colourful feathers but they were more all over the body, and some would have longer more decorative feathers (yes i mean peacock ponies existed) which they would use in ceremonial dance competitions to woo each other
