Description
“Are you sure it will work this time?” Allura asked.
“Don’t worry, Allurie!” Izzy exclaimed. “This time for sure the Nova Charm pieces are in the right order.”
“They better, Izzy.” Zipp shuddered. “That last attempt still gives me nightmares.”
“Hey, I happened to like those goth bat ponies,” Pipp defended. “Those neon ponies on the other hoof…”
Izzy cast her magic once more. The portal appeared, revealing a snowy terrain on the other side.
“Does this look familiar to you?” Sunny asked Allura.
Allura’s pupils dilated as she spoke not a word. Sunny didn’t need her answer. Allura motioned Twitch to come over. The hare hopped of Hitch’s back and onto hers.
“We…appreciate you helping us,” she said to Sunny.
“I hope we’ll you again soon,” Sunny replied. “You both are always welcome back at Maretime Bay. We promise there won’t be as many fruit baskets as your last visit.”
Allura flashed a smirk and flew through the portal. The crisp, cold air was something the big cat never thought she’d miss during her time at Maretime Bay, and yet it satisfied her yearn. The portal closed behind her and her companion.
Twitch looked around and chittered.
“My brother and I used to play around here,” Allura said. “I don’t know if he’ll still be around, but it’s a nice place to start–”
“Is someone there?” A male voice called out.
Allura immediately unfurled her wings. A light-lavender leopard appeared from behind the trees.
“Alterro?” Allura asked.
The leopard noticed her. “How do you know my…wait…Allura, is that you?”
Allura nodded. “It’s good to finally see you again, brother!”
The two felines nuzzled each other playfully.
“I didn’t think I’d ever see you again,” Alterro tearfully said. “How did you find me?”
Allura looked behind her to where the portal once was. “I had some help from a few friends.”
Since Hasbro cut short the animated series of G5, I took the liberty of making my own ending to Allura’s arc. I used Felux32’s design of older Alterro as a reference.
