This is likely a prototype. After all, remember the early SDCC Derpy toys with the two-toned hair and the overly-large eyes? I don’t think this is how the finished toy will actually look.

Oh SHUT UP, you don’t have to buy it, but if other people want to, LET THEM, there will be a ‘better’ blind bag released of her anyway, so just buy that and let others buy what they want. I happen to like it regardless of it not being perfect as not eveyrthing has to be 100% show accurate or heaven forbid, molded hair. There is way more variety in toys now than in the beginning, so complaining about one when there are alternatives now is a bit pointless. So please, try and not do that.

I guess you make a point, but I’ve also never been one (read “don’t see myself as a ‘Brony’”) to demand anything specific from Hasbro. What they make, they make, and in the rare chance any of it catches my eye (i.e. any of the tiny bit of Chrissy-related stuff they’ve made), I accept it for what it is. Sure, I’d LIKE a very show-accurate figure, but I won’t grovel for one.

The clue’s in your name really, isn’t it :P But I implore you, do not buy this. Let them know that we want HIGH quality items. Look at the vinyls we’ve gotten, the Derpy/RD/Flutters/Hooves ones. Wouldn’t those just be AWESOME for Chryssie or Luna or somepony else

A lot of the Chinese eBay ones also look like they have various flaws – this is really noticeable in the miniatures. Yeah they all have varying degrees of paint wonkery but the eBay ones are REALLY bad – and I suspect that they’re ones that get rejected on the assembly line.

I saw this yesterday on Ebay, that they’re now available, apparently, in China. I’m still waiting till they’re released in American stores before getting one. No, its not the most show-accurate, but at least, if I really want one, I can probably get one for a reasonable price at most any store.
