Since Grogar was Discord in the end, I still believe that Sombra was actually just a puppet controlled by Discord and not the original, in fact Sombra S9 sounded like Discord.
And also, how was it that the Elements did not affect Sombra: a being of darkness?
But wait, so Discord was the one who destroyed the elements of harmony? (or at least responsible)….

I won’t call him an idiot but in the season 3 premiere Sombra made a lot hidden traps in the castle. And only skillful unicorn like Twilight made it out
The season 9 writers have to dumber down him (and others) because it will be too scary for little kids
