Well if we’re being completely honest here. Starlight Glimmer was more like a cult leader rather than a flatout communist. In terms of how she conducted herself in her debut. She makes a way better protag….or game reviewer (if she did she’d be in the vein of therussianbadger)

Everyone is still traumatized by what Starlight Glimmer did, she did use magic to keep her entire “village” under control.
and, G5, Sunny, She doesn’t force anypony, but everyone looks at what is trying to send a message, no matter what method is used, and everyone think about other things…
But the G4 is not supposed to use the same theme since “communism” is:
A theoretical economic system characterized by the collective ownership of property and by the organization of labor for the common advantage of all members. or A system of government in which the state plans and controls the economy and a single, often authoritarian party holds power, claiming to make progress toward a higher social order in which all goods are equally shared by the people.
So… wait… princess… mayors…. cities?… Mane six…
so g4 and g5 aren’t so different after all

G4- a show about friendship and harmony.
G5- DITCH HAROMONY. EMBRACE COMMUNISSOM. FOLLOW COMRADE SUNNY ON THE PATH TO UNITY.
that’s kinda how some people I feel interoperate G4 to G5.
I’m not saying I’m right I Just find the whole thing funny is all.

In theory Sunny’s job was to unite the 3 pony races again, that’s already been done, so job done.
They had already defeated Opaline…
So she accomplished her mission faster than you, so you’re welcome.
I prefer to wait to see what will come next year, before assuming the complete cancellation of G5, after all, FIM had “Pony life”, It lasted less than the G5, but it had a continuation. XP
