Okay, I’m going to add my crazy headcanon.  
THe Owner of Denlines is really a much older Timelord them another, he changes his TARDIS to a train and found the singularity points as a way to fix distortions in time, he is also great great great great great grandfather of the Doctor but the two have never met before.

Brutal Legend is a psychonauts-esque romp through Eddie’s mind.

Gizmoduck also ahowed up in Darkwing Duck, Launchpad even say he was his “old pal from Duckburg”.

Y’know, I remember a story arc in “Disney Adventures” magazine (remember that before it died?) back in the ‘90s titled “Legend of the Chaos God” That had part 1 take place in the “TaleSpin” show, then part 2 in “Chip & Dale: Rescue Rangers,” part 3 in “Goof Troop,” part 4 in “Duck Tales,” and the final part in “Darkwing Duck.”  
That story arc suggested all of those shows take place in the same world.
 
Admittedly, “Duck Tales” & “Darkwing Duck” make sense, because they both featured the character Launchpad, and both world’s were similar. (Aside from Darkwing’s show being a bit wackier.)  
Doesn’t seem to work for “Rescue Rangers” seeing as it took place in a more “human” world.

Completely ridiculous, but I still like it.

Sesame Street takes place in the same universe as The Smurfs, it’s just that Papa Smurf cast a spell on other smurfs that put them in sleep for centuries, but over the time, as a side effect of the hibernation, their bodies grew in size and deformed into various fuzzy monsters, and so Grumpy turned into Oscar, Greedy into Cookie Monster and so on. Then they somehow ended up in Manhattan where they met Gordon and the rest of humans etc.

I shall add this headcanon to my deck.
 

I doubt they take place in the same universe honestly. They aren’t even made by the same people/companies.
 
“The Last Unicorn” was actually not a bad movie believe it, or not. It was also one of the few animated ’80s movies to use the word “damn” in it.
