That’s the million dollar question sadly. My knowledge in that area is limited. I only know as much as I do about the gender gap from a rather unrelated paper I wrote. It used national data that just happened to contain some stats on the pay rates and job choices of males and females 20-35.

It should already noted that Derpibooru/Ponibooru go together like water and hot oil in a frying pan. The community has plenty of tools and I have grown to not like many people on the site. But at the same time I’m not condemning those who aren’t responsible for the actions of others. I find it ridiculous that all the times that people have called out BS pulled by other community members is ignored in favor of stupid crap like this.
Justified to a degree. But there are a few things that can be done to narrow it without requiring too much from companies.
And once? Pretty sure they’ve blown up a few planets. Also I’m not sure, but I think they’ve wiped out a small starsystem once. Oh well, all things that stand before the might of the God Emperor deserve nothing less.
