Day 13, second drawing.
Working on pony legs. >>3442730 really made clear to me how little I understand what these pony’s legs are supposed to be doing. Not just the hind legs when sitting, but the whole “how does this chest work” thing.
Got my drawing space cleaned up and rebuilt my drawing table so it’s not a freaking aircraft carrier. Got room for some supplies and paper storage now too, thanks to an old “secretary’s dresser” I inherited. Found a bunch of old markers, too!
It’s already kitty approved!

… brr … that right eyeball did not work out as hoped.
Sometimes it isn’t until after you scan something that it’s clear just what happened. Somehow the scanner cuts right through all that surface graphite and reveals the TRUE horror lurking within.
