Do we ever get to see who starlight’s mother is or at least find out her name Cause she’s never mentioned in the show
Call me crazy, but I think it’s implied that Starlight’s mom might also be Sunburst’s mom, Stellar Flare, just look at the scenes when both of them are yelling, and you’ll see the resemblance in their faces.

The expression she has at the end’d fit either scenario though also really fits a “It was at that moment she knew: She fucked up” narrative.

Pretty simple.
  1. G4 ended, whatever loose ends and questions we have, they’ll never answer anymore.
  2. If Firelight did have a wife, it’s either she met a tragic demise or that they divorced. It’s not like we found out if Cozy Glow had parents anyway.
Now granted, we did find out about Sunny’s Mother but the rest? May not last long enough to find out.

I like this Back to the Future sentiment, but if time travel is possible in the real world, it seems the grandfather paradox can’t happen. Time travel creates an “alternate universe” (brane) where baby Starlight indeed wouldn’t be born, but traveller Starlight’s universe remains unaffected. Therefore, she wouldn’t disappear like that.
