The Doctor didn’t throw it out, he told Apple Fritter to do it, and didn’t she specifically say that she didn’t throw it out?
She was told to throw it out but instead inserminated herself with his whole donation in order to ensure that Meadow would at least be the father of one foal.

I read the story and you’re right lol. Granny coerces Big Mac into getting gelded and another Stallion is accidentally gelded against his will. It should honestly be tagged horror from how genuinely fucked up it was lol.
The bit that really got me is at the end the guy who was accidentally gelded says to his girlfriend that at least if they want kids they can use the semen he donated. Only for her to say that the doctor threw it all out for being subpar. Man I had a pit in my stomach lol.

Nah, I think she just didn’t want Big Mac to get distracted while farming.
He’s got two sisters and the overall Apple Family is huge once you zoom out. Plugging a pair of apples off of the family tree won’t be that harmful, rather I think she sees it as a necessity… just look how proud of herself she seems!
