turned into a changeling and banished from equestia, Chrysalis takes a look at her hoof while contemplating her new body. What is this new destiny that it beckons her on and where will it take her, for that she does not have an answer. a smile for she is no longer bound by the rules of a kingdom that rejects but she knew she would return to this place with an army at her back.

You actually can upload the full-resolution version here. I saved the original 26.8-megabyte PNG as JPEG and set the quality to 100%; that gave me a 11.1-megabyte file. With quality set to 99% I got a 7.9 megabyte file. Both are well below the size limit.
