Hey everyone,

While still not quite at 100% just yet, I felt well enough to take on the question of how I wanted to redesign Papaya Whip.

Firstly, I wanted to tackle the mane and tail, as they were what I disliked most of all.

I decided to make a more unique hybrid style for her, comprising of a mashup between the manes of three background characters from the show- as a farmer, the switch to a ponytail was far more practical style than her previous one.

Her tail however, is very simple, being a straight-up recolour of Octavia Melody’s one. I ended up disliking the shorter one that she used to wear, so this made a fitting replacement.

I decided to change her eyelashes up as well, and they’re now more reminiscent of those worn by one of my other OCs, Almond Wisteria- similar, but not quite identical. The last addition to her face was a little eyeshadow.

I made my usual colour tweaks and adjustments to truly update her, and the finishing touch was to put it all together on this new base I picked up yesterday.
