It’s definitely a Mustang police car (and the previous generation of Mustangs from the looks), and I’m fairly certain the car Trixie is driving is (supposed to be) a Lamborghini Diablo. Either way, less because they’re built like tanks and more because the engine block is in front of the driver (as opposed to behind in the Lamborghini), it would absorb a lot of the impact. Neither car would “survive” as you put it, but Twilight is much more likely to survive the crash, simply due to which car she’s driving.
 
Either that, or since this appears to be based on Fast and Furious 6, the Mustang would go off the Lamborghini like a ramp and fly through the air.

The car Twilight is driving looks like a Mustang, therefore it would survive this impact, and by extent the driver aswell… It’s a muscle car, they’re built like tanks.

I’m pretty sure the stunt needed one of them to dodge in order to work. Oh well, time to recover what’s left of the corpses
