I take a long time to change/add new stuff to my life. But once I do, I want it to be mostly permanent.

If I’m just gonna have to switch it out for something else in a couple months, then it wasn’t worth the initial effort.

My girlfriend is the same way, the living room or the bedroom gets moved around every few weeks or months. because she thinks it will work better in a different way. every once in a while she promises it wont change and it stays that way for like 6 months
