A reverse search gives me pinterest results that link to each other.
The source is not original (that dA account has been deactivated) but does include other works by the same artist.

There used to be a Polish artist on DeviantArt going by that name, but the account is now deactivated, which explains why a reverse search doesn’t reveal the original image.

There is, however, another DeviantArt account called TenebrisTayga made by a Polish user with a ponysona known as DrawingDye, and
