Definitely a good thing against trouble when not overdone. Having (barely) known someone who lost both of her feet and lower legs to Gangrene due to being a Diabetic, and then seeing that she died under 8 years later when she was probably in the age range of 35 - 49…
… I don’t think I need to comment much on this; she seemed addicted to sugar. But part of it’s probably due to the (not incredibly healthy) “low fat” craze from the 1980s - 2000s. She died around 2006 - 2007, I forget when exactly.
