Probably because they didn’t get put in the teleportation activation spot - Nightmare on Mane Street makes it seem like something has to get out there first, and Family Trees certainly makes it seem like that spot on the Wishing Tree is in a secluded area of it

The Together Trees. There are now four of them. And since the one in Maretime Bay can send things nearby to Opaline’s Castle, it means the others can, too. Misty must’ve been a little too close to the one in Bridlewood, the Wishing Tree, and must’ve been teleported to right outside of Opaline’s Castle. Although, there is one more thing that doesn’t make sense. How didn’t the ornaments that were hung on the Wishing Tree didn’t go through the same was in Chapter 3 of Make Your Mark?
We don’t know for sure what exactly happened, one thing sure: Misty as a filly somehow accidentally teleported through one of those so called “Wishing Tree”s in Bridlewood to a field right next to Opaline’s castle that was probably connected to the Wishing Tree that Opaline has planted at some point. That’s all we know at the moment.

How did Opaline got a Hold of Misty? I didn´t watch it, if it did came up. I am just a distent watcher of G5
