Cloudy Blossom is a 25 year old earthpony mare, originally from a small farming community located outside of Las Pegasus, and now living humbly in a Manehattan apartment, and is employed as a charity worker.
Physically, she is smaller than average for an earthpony mare while retaining the same proportions, but is a lot stronger and heavier than her smaller frame would suggest. Known for her strength, dexterity, and sheer stamina, Cloudy is, however, deaf in her left ear and was born that way. It is not unknown for her to tilt her head adorably like a dog if she has difficulty hearing.
Another thing she has a reputation for is being wise beyond her years. This is mainly due to the influence of her great grandmother- an ex-guardsmare named Palisade. Palisade, more than any other pony bestowed young Cloudy with worldly knowledge and mantras for keeping your life on track.
Cloudy, now a young adult mare has taken all these many various lessons to heart, and spends her own life helping others- working for a charity that helps those in poverty or hardship. Cloudy herself is a very determined mare with a clear understanding of pony psychology and a purity of purpose that has caught the eye of Princess Celestia herself.
It is noted that Cloudy Blossom will willingly, and without complaint, undergo the very same hardships as the ponies that she is trying to help in order to better understand them- in a similar way to that used by method actors. However, this does not mean that she can be taken advantage of, as she is well trained to spot such scams and falsehoods.
When it comes to more personal matters, Cloudy is technically pansexual, but has a marked preference for male partners, and does not consider species to be a roadblock to potential romance in the slightest. Known as a grateful and generous switch lover who gives just as much as she takes, she is an easygoing and relaxed partner.
