That’s pretty much the whole point of the entire toy line…
none that i have known were
they were the anti-everything crowd who at the mention of anything like a sport would laugh and smoke their cigarettes and spit at people
i have known people who enjoy rock, metal, and punk music who don’t identify as punks who do enjoy sport and sport like activity
… Are you implying that punks can’t be sporty?

As much as the early designs of EqG were a bit iffy, the “RD wearing a skirt with athletic shorts underneath” thing always has struck me as fitting.
how many “punks” do you know that are athletic and enjoy playing sports, not including skateboarding?
… That doesn’t foreclose the punk style.
In my opinion a punk style works just fine with Rainbow, next to sportswear.
She’s reimagined as a skater girl, which accounts for the music, the attitude and the athleticism
So? I grew up with a girl that likes rock and you could say “spunky and rebelling” but never dressed like a punk rocker.
But it’s funnier if you make her secretly enjoy frilly dresses. Just like how it would be funny if Fluttershy liked death metal.

Her background music is usually rock.
Her hair is multi-coloured.
Her attitude is spunky and rebellic.
Doesn’t change the abhorrent body types, though.
