The horn is deformed and its upper half is moved forward, which makes the picture feel that it is placed wrong. If you look closely, you can see its root part in the hair.

I believe that the horn is strongly deformed and rounded. If you imagine how correctly it should go, then the picture is quite lined up. This is not an artist’s mistake. Just a trick of the eye
