I was talking about both this game and Pony Waifu Sim. I was saying that I hope this new game updates faster than it.

This post is about Pony Tale Adventures getting revived after years and as for Pony Waifu Simulator its still going but painfully slow, like it will take years to finish but yeah thats the gist of it

Different game. Scion just posted Pony Waifu Sim 5.4 on the 7/1.
I talked with the person from the twitter post and its coming back so don’t worry spookitty and a new team are bringing it back with minor differences
Pretty sure it still is dead. I can’t find any fresh pages on it and Spookitty hasn’t posted anything about it since he cancelled it. Has been making a replacement game called homestead that’s inspired by pony’s but is not related to the MLP property.
It’s not dead. The Twilight route is done and the RD route is almost halfway done. It’s just updating at a snail’s pace.
I hope that would be the same case with JanAmination.
Since G4 is over it makes sense that projects like this would be revived considering Hasbro pretty much doesn’t care anymore.
Yea the last update was last year and for all intents it’s pretty much dead.
Will there be a beta build released that we can play and do you have an estimate of when it’ll finish?
Glad to hear that the game is revived again then and hope we can see Pinkie’s ass at the station when she falls on the player in all its nsfw glory since it was removed for some reason from a point on but yeah really glad the game is coming back :3
Yes, that’s pretty much it, minus the stuff that the old team did, which is theirs, not ours, that includes some menus, but nothing major. The story will have very minor modifications, but the idea is to use as much as we can from previous builds of the game and start from there.
Basically, it will have the same essence, the same art, but it will hopefully be a more focused game, that actually goes somewhere.
So basically we will still be able to have the exact same characters no change just their names will be different but still we will be able to change them back to their original yeah?Just one of the things as an example to say from what you’re planning
Spookitty is still on the project, and well me as a coder, and we have a writer as well.
We are trying to salvage what was left on the project since the C&D can be avoided very easily, there’s a reason why other games like this are out there, but we are also taking extra precautions, but not enough to modify entirely the game or something like that. Mostly changing trademark names to be whatever the player decides, and other contingency plans.
No idea I asked on twitter to see whats going on so now just waiting to see if the person that did the post on twitter is continuing the game or do something else with it
