probably not but his most dangerous part is his head…if it were held in place it might effectivly restrict the available directions he could use his magic…and seeing how he apparently needs his mouth to absorb magic, keeping it shut closed might proof usefull….but as long has he is still able to use his magic I just don’t think that chains will hold him for long is what i meant
