I just posted the artwork, you’re able to post artworks from other artists in Derpibooru that aren’t you; there’s a reason DNP (Do Not Posts) exist, some of them specifically say “Don’t allow anyone but me post artwork”. You can really post anyone’s artwork up here if you have permission, and I uploaded this because I found it a good guide to help others
Zedrin would be the artist, yes, atleast, I believe so. If you’d like you can contact him, I’m just a humble user~

Being serious though, sure, whichever place you’d like to talk I’m fine with, although I have to point out I’m not a vector artist by any chance, but I’ve been practicing a bit, and I’ve got Inkscape so I can see what artists doo and stuff.
Oh? Well, in such case, you can choose whichever method you find well, for example, some artists are worried they might get their art stolen and as such they offer only the raster files. I’d love to learn how to SVG because of the size allowance and of course because SVG looks neat. And I’ve got a friend that does funny stuff with SVG pones, so that’s a bonus.

oh oh gosh i can see it right wow.
Yes, I have an illustrator but all my drawings go to PNG or JPG sometimes I have to increase the saturation by 20% because the site changed a bit for security, before I could upload the drawings without the need for that.

Most of the times, yes, although keep in mind that SVG images are opened using an specialized tool; Inskcape or Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Flash, or any other than opens SVG
So if you open the SVG image with, let’s say, Inkscape, you’re able to zoom as much as you’d like.
You could even modify it or edit it if you want to see how other artists draw their own art.

It depends, but I’d dare to say that most of the times; yes.
It allows other vector artists to learn for you, for example, because it allows you to look at how it’s sketched and stuff
Also with the svg you’re able to resize it any way you’d like.
