Forgot to post these here.

S-So, I’ve been submitting little doodles of other artists’ OCs I’d done of them… F-For the hopes that they might… er.. n-notice me.

And before you criticize me, no this is not just some ploy to get on their good sides… the artists that these OCs belong to are among my biggest inspirations in art. The dream of someday being as skilled as they are to the point where I’d be viewed as equal to them is one of the reasons I keep going, that I keep drawing… I’m not the best artist, not by a long shot… but I just drew these as a thank you to some of the artists who have influenced me…

And this is not the last batch of these ‘senpai sketches…’ there are a few more artists I’d like to show my gratitude to.

And now, for the credits.

Top left is Humble Pie (http://cantershirecommons.tumblr.com/) I was fairly happy with how he turned out, despite how awful the starting sketch looked. Although he still does look a bit wonky here. I was originally going to leave him without his clothes and distinctive fez, but a changed my mind. Took about 25 minutes to draw.

Top right is the bird-horse himself, Flashy (http://flashyscloset.tumblr.com/). Eh… not so great on this one. I’m happy with the facial expression… and that’s about it. I really fucked up on the wings when I tried to make them more realistic, and I put his forearms too far down. I hate posing forearms. They’re so difficult for me. I… also kinda cheated on this one by looking at a vector reference to see how a sitting pose would look… but I didn’t copy off it. Took about 30-35 minutes to draw.

Bottom left is the amazingly talented RubySnoot. Though I’m fairly happy with how the end result turned out, the drawing itself was very touch-and-go. He took the longest to draw out of the rest of the sketches here. He took close to an hour to draw. I used a few OC references of him, so his appearance kinda looks a bit different from how he really looks like.
