Anything past 1920x1080 is artifical, because that’s the highest resolution these episodes were ever released in. 4K wasn’t a thing yet back then. Maybe it’s possible to re-render the episodes in higher resolutions (they’re technically vectors), but it’d be costly.

This particular image was probably from a broadcast rip before OP rescaled it. The quality was never good to begin with.
