Perhaps this takes place in a world where Pinkie DIDN’T make cupcakes out of Rainbow Dash. And as Pinkie was doing her dastardly deeds, it turned out Rainbow Dash was up to no good as well with her Rainbow Factory. Evidently, somepony discovered all the shenanigans they were up to.
