The artist doesn’t natively speak English, and clearly means “it feels funny”.

They sell “de-Gaussers” to fix it. My electronics teacher in high school just had a loop he made from a spare power cord. Plug it into an outlet and hold the loop near the screen for a second or two. Repeat as necessary.

Well most good CRTs have it built in. Monitors at least do, TVs might cheap out on exposing that option

Accidentally did it to my tv once. Did a lot of trail and error to try and reset the color and it never looked right again.
