I made a XCF file for GIMP users who wants an easy template to use to make spoilered image jokes: [Template in XCF format]
And saved the file as a psd here for photoshop users: [Template in PSD format]

hmm, GIMP does have an option to save as PSD, but I cannot guarantee if it will work totally fine since I don’t have photoshop.
